3. Account Registration

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Billing

All fees for our Services are listed on our website in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing our Services, you agree to:

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, all hosting plans and domain registrations will automatically renew at the then-current rate. You may disable auto-renewal from your account dashboard.

4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing services until the next renewal period. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. The following conditions apply:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable
• SSL certificate fees are non-refundable
• Dedicated servers and VPS hosting are not eligible for refunds
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Hosting adult content or pornography
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Hosting content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Using excessive server resources that affect other users
• Mining cryptocurrency without explicit permission

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the AMTHosting website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of AMTHosting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you host on our servers. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Upon your request (account cancellation)

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete all data associated with your account after a reasonable period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMTHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services
• Service interruptions, errors, or downtime

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMTHosting, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
